摘要
某飞机主起落架防尘盖形状复杂、不规则、不对称、变形量大、材料塑性差,其外形由平面、球面、圆柱面、圆锥面等连接而成,成形端部有一沿圆弧面的R2尺寸的翘起,平面度要求高。文中改善了防尘盖成形工艺性、复合模的设计方案,合理确定冲裁间隙,保证材料均匀变形,冲压出的零件能够满足产品图样的要求。
        The dust cover of the main landing gear of a plane is complex, irregular and asymmetrical. It has a large amount of deformation and poor plasticity. Its shape is composed of plane, spherical, cylindrical surface, conical surface, etc. The forming end has a R2 size tilt along the arc surface, and the flatness is required to be high. In this paper, the design of the dust cap forming process and the design of the composite die are improved, and the blanking gap is reasonably determined to ensure uniform material deformation. Stamped parts meet the requirements of product drawings.
