白花蛇舌草与半枝莲配伍对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响

摘要
目的观察白花蛇舌草醇提物、半枝莲醇提物对乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7增殖的影响。方法培养乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7细胞,取对数生长期细胞进行试验:对MCF-7细胞给予不同浓度的白花蛇舌草、半枝莲醇提物处理,MTT法观察白花蛇舌草及半枝莲醇提物单独作用及配伍使用对MCF-7增殖的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,白花蛇舌草、半枝莲以及两者配伍的各剂量组都能不同程度的抑制MCF-7细胞的增殖,且呈现明显剂量-效应关系。结论白花蛇舌草醇提物与半枝莲醇提物对MCF-7细胞的增殖具有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Hedyotis diffusa ethanol extract,extract from Scutellaria barbata D. on the proliferation of breast cancer cell line MCF-7,through the use of containing Oldenlandia ethanol extracts of Scutellaria barbata extracts in vitro cultured human breast cancer cell line MCF-7,and provide experimental basis for the development of Oldenlandia diffusa and Scutellaria barbata and clinical treatment of anti tumor. Methods: The cells of MCF-7 cells were cultured. The MCF-7 cells were treated with logarithmic growth phase. The MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of Hedyotis diffusa and Radix Scutellariae. The MTT method was used to observe the effects of Hedyotis diffusa.And the effects of the combination of Alcohol Extract and Scutellaria barbata L. on the proliferation of MCF-7 were studied. Results: Compared with the blank control group,Hedyotis diffusa,Scutellaria barbata and their compatibility groups have different levels of inhibition of the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, and the obvious dose effect relationship. Conclusion: Oldenlandia diffusa and Scutellaria barbata alcohol extract inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells.
