直罗原油管线超低输量间歇输送运行规律研究

摘要
直罗原油管线由于油田产量原因,投产以来一直处于超低输量运行状态,一年中大部分时间依靠正反输方式维持管线运行,输油成本居高不下,要实现超低输量间歇输送,就要对间歇输送运行规律进行研究。应用SPS软件建立仿真模型,通过对间歇输送过程的仿真研究,发现一个间歇周期内进站温度的变化可分为四个阶段,且间歇输送工况在运行30 d后基本稳定。分析输量、间歇时间以及两者综合变化对间歇输送输油参数的影响,结果表明:在间歇输送中当输量由高变低时,输送初始阶段进站油温随着输送进行逐渐降低;穿插一次不同输量的输送,对间歇时进站温度影响不大,所以间歇方案可根据油源供应需求进行小幅调整;停输时间对间歇输送安全性影响较大,在制定间歇方案时,应首先限制停输时间;不同间歇方案组合输送的进站温度波动幅度大,不如单一间歇输送方案稳定。
        Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline has been in ultra-low throughput condition since it went into operation because of the low production of oil field. And most of the year it was in regular and reverse transportation condition with a high cost of operation. It is necessary to research intermittent transportation operation technology to realize intermittent transportation of Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline. In this paper, the intermittent transportation simulation model was established by SPS. The simulation results showed that variation of inlet temperature in one period was divided into four stages, and the operation condition tended to be stable after 30 days. The influence of throughput and transportation time on the parameters of intermittent transportation was analyzed. The analysis results showed that, when throughput changed from high to low, the inlet temperature of initial transportation stage gradually declined. Occasionally, changing throughput had little effect on the change of inlet temperature, so the intermittent transport scheme can be adjusted according to oil sources. Shutdown time has great effect on the security of temperature field, so shutdown time should be limited at first when formulating intermittent transport scheme. The inlet temperature fluctuation range of combined intermittent transportation scheme is bigger than that of single scheme.
