摘要
通过Image-pro plus图像分析软件定量分析不同热处理温度和时间下的TC4合金β相含量和尺寸,获得了晶粒生长时间指数n和长大激活能Q。结果表明:随着加热温度和时间的增加,晶粒尺寸增大;β相生长时间指数n随温度的升高先增大后减小,长大激活能Q为95.28 kJ/mol。
The β phase content and size of TC4 alloy under different heat treatment temperatures and time were quantitatively analyzed by Image-pro plus image analysis software. The grain growth time exponent n and the growth activation energy Q were obtained. The results show that, the grain size increases with the increase of heating temperature and time. The growth time exponent n of β phase first increases then decreases with the increase of temperature, and the activation energy Q is 95.28 kJ/mol.
