摘要
为满足某汽车底盘预装线多平台柔性化生产的升级改造要求,设计开发了一套基于PLC控制的全自动AGV输送小车提升切换系统,以实现不同汽车底盘AGV输送小车的自由储存切换和多平台车型的柔性化生产。整个系统主要由抓手提升平移机构、定位机构、转向锁定机构等构成,并采用伺服电机驱动;同时通过建立尺寸链分析模块对整个系统的尺寸链及切换精度进行了分析。
To meet the demand of chassis pre-assembly line multi-platform flexible production,based on PLC control,an automatic AGV switching system has been designed and applied,which can switch the AGV between different storage line and realize the flexibility of production line.The whole system is mainly composed of lifting mechanism,positioning mechanism,steering lock mechanism and so on,and adopts servo motor drive.At the same time,the dimension chain and the switching precision of the whole system are analyzed by establishing dimension chain analysis module.
