甘肃国宝山铷矿选冶工艺试验研究

摘要
甘肃省国宝山含铷矿床规模大,品位低,伴生有Li、Nb和Ta等,因此本研究采用磁—重—浮选矿工艺,获得了Rb_2O品位分别为0.610%和0.177%的云母精矿与钾长石精矿,同时分离出钠长石、石英和钽铌精矿产品。另外,将云母精矿和钾长石精矿混合后作原料,通过焙烧—水浸出—溶剂萃取和反萃取—分步沉淀与重结晶结合的工艺流程,制取了符合氯化铷工业产品质量标准(Q/TJTE 17-2004)要求的氯化铷产品。
The Guobaoshan antimony deposit in Gansu Province is large in scale and low in grade, accompanied by Li,Nb and Ta. Therefore, this study used the magneto-heavy-floating process to obtain mica concentrate and potassium feldspar concentrate with Rb_2O grades of 0.610% and 0.177%, respectively. At the same time, albite, quartz and antimony concentrate products are separated. In addition, the mica concentrate and the potassium feldspar concentrate are mixed and used as raw materials. Through the process of roasting-water leaching-solvent extraction and back-extraction-step precipitation and recrystallization, the authors have prepared cerium chloride products that meet the requirements of the industrial quality standard of lanthanum chloride(Q/TJTE 17-2004).
