摘要
立足公益创业视角,结合应用型本科高校铜陵学院实际,采用问卷调查对大学生、教师和管理者三大群体从认知、实践、能力和培养四个维度进行调研,辅以个别访谈法进行综合分析,研究表明T学院公益创业存在认知尚有欠缺、竞争力不足、缺乏科学的教学体系、未形成完善的外部支持体系等现实困境,据此设计营造公益创业的良好氛围、搭建全过程、多维度的育人平台、构建科学健全的教学体系、形成多方力量的外部支持体系等提升大学生创业能力的对策。
Based on the reality of Tongling applied undergraduate university and from the perspective of social entrepreneurship,the three major groups of college students, teachers, and managers were investigated from the four dimensions of cognition, practice,ability, and training, and supplemented by individual interview methods. This thesis analyzed the practical dilemmas of applied universi-ties in social entrepreneurship which was lack of cognition, competitiveness, a scientific teaching system, and a sound external support system. According to this, the path which was building a good atmosphere for welfare social entrepreneurship, a whole-process and multi-dimensional education platform, a scientific and sound teaching system, and a multi-strength external support system was designed to enhance the entrepreneurial ability of applied undergraduate students.
