摘要
针对陆军后勤专业兵基地化培养中存在的考核成绩参考价值不高、考核评价不客观、考核导向性不明显等现象,以新训汽车驾驶员为例,紧贴培养目标和《陆军军事训练大纲》,构建综合素质评价指标体系,将模糊层次分析法和标准分法结合,分别对定性指标和定量指标进行评价,提出各指标的评价依据,以规范训练过程,切实提高陆军后勤训练水平。
To solve the problems in base training for logistics speciality soldiers of PLA Army such as low reference value of examination score, nonobjective evaluation and indistinct orientation, the paper centers around cultivation goals and army military training program, constructs an evaluation index system for comprehensive quality of newly-trained automobile drivers, uses fuzzy AHP and standard score methods to assess the qualitative and quantitative indexes, respectively, and determines the evaluation basis of each index, thus contributing to the normalization of training process.
