摘要
城市地铁车站多位于繁华的市中心,人流、车流密集,半盖挖法车站分期调流实施,对周边交通等影响较小,愈来愈受到地铁建设者的推崇。钢管柱作为车站施工过程的中间支撑柱,在施工过程中承受盖板及盖板上方路面的荷载,车站主体封闭后,钢管柱作为车站永久结构柱,施工质量极其重要,关系到整个地铁车站的稳定及安全。传统以人工挖孔的方式施工钢管柱,安全风险较大,逐渐被摒弃,采用钻孔灌注桩+全长钢护筒的方式逆做钢管柱,在国内尚属罕见,文章对其施工关键技术进行归纳、总结,以期为类似工程提供技术指导和参考借鉴。
Urban metro stations are mostly located in the bustling city center. The crowds and traffic flow are dense. The half-cover excavation station is implemented in phases, which has less impact on the surrounding traffic. It is increasingly praised by subway builders.Steel pipe columns are used in the station construction as the intermediate support column, which bears the load on the road surface above the cover plate as well as that of the cover plate during the construction process. After the main body of the station is closed, the steel pipe column serves as the permanent structural column of the station. The construction quality is extremely important, which is related to the stability and safety of the entire metro station. Traditionally, the steel pipe column is constructed by manual digging, and its safety risk is large in the construction. This kind of construction method is gradually abandoned. The steel pipe column is reversed by the method of bored pile + full length steel casing. It is rare in China. This paper introduced and summarized the key construction technology in order to provide technical guidance and reference for similar projects.
