圆锥滚子轴承载荷比对寿命的影响

摘要
分析了不同加载方式下圆锥滚子轴承内部载荷分布情况,在此基础上根据失效概率乘积定律对滚道寿命进行统计处理,得到轴承额定疲劳寿命的计算方法。以30311圆锥滚子轴承为例分析得到不同载荷比下轴承的内部载荷分布情况及轴承寿命,并基于Romax CLOUD对不同径向、轴向载荷比下轴承载荷分布及接触应力进行仿真分析,验证了理论分析的正确性。采用分组淘汰试验对寿命理论计算进行验证,在相同当量动载荷时不同载荷比下轴承寿命也不同,与理论分析一致。
        The internal load distribution of tapered roller bearings is analyzed under different loading modes. Based on this,the life of raceway is treated statistically to obtain calculation method for fatigue life rating of the bearings according to product law of failure probabilities. Taking the tapered roller bearings 30311 as examples,the internal load distribution and life of the bearings with different load ratios are analyzed and obtained. The load distribution and contact stress of the bearings with different radial and axial load ratios are simulated and analyzed based on Romax CLOUD,and the validity of theoretical analysis is verified. The group-based phase-out test is used to verify theoretical calculation of life. The life of the bearings with different load ratios is also different under same equivalent dynamic load,which is consistent with theoretical analysis.
