摘要
盐城南洋机场T2航站楼主体钢结构由屋盖钢结构、单层网壳、异形钢管柱、钢框架结构、钢雨棚等组成。其中屋盖钢结构属于超大面积空间曲面,跨度大,安装要求高;单层网壳由箱型方管钢梁焊接形成双曲面大跨度方格网壳结构,现场定位安装难度大;钢管混凝土柱为国内首例"地圆天菱"异形柱,对现场吊装精度要求很高。整个工程施工难度大,通过采用合理的施工方案顺利完成了施工。
        The main steel structure in Terminal 2 of Yancheng Nanyang airport is composed of roof steel structure, single-layer lattice shell, special-shaped concrete-filled steel-tubular column, steel frame structure, steel canopy. The roof steel structure is composed of longitudinal truss, transverse truss, rhombic skylight and sealing edge beam, which is large span, high installation accuracy requirements and great difficulty in construction. The single-layer lattice shell is a long-span hyperboloid grid shell, which was welded by box steel beams and with difficulties in the-spot orientation and installation. The concrete-filled steel-tubular column is special-shaped column with rhomboid section, which was adopted firstly in China. Therefore, the installation precision of the concrete-filled steel-tubular column required a high level on site. The construction of main steel structure in Terminal 2 of Yancheng Nanyang airport was with high difficulty, the construction of main steel structure has been successfully fulfilled by reasonable construction schemes, the key construction techniques of main steel structure was elaborated in detail.
