摘要
目的探讨咸阳市高校足球运动员膝关节损伤磁共振成像的临床价值和指导意义。方法对咸阳市60例高校足球运动员膝关节损伤进行磁共振检查,图像显示了膝关节半月板损伤、韧带损伤,骨挫伤等影像学表现,分析磁共振成像结果。结果60例高校足球运动员膝关节损伤中内侧半月板Ⅰ级损伤32例,Ⅱ级损伤31例,Ⅲ级损伤15例;外侧半月板Ⅰ级损伤26例,Ⅱ级损伤22例,Ⅲ级损伤12例。韧带损伤中前交叉韧带15例,后交叉韧带5例,内侧副韧带8例,外侧副韧带7例。结论磁共振能准确地显示膝关节半月板、韧带损伤及骨挫伤等各种损伤情况,及时了解膝关节受伤运动员受伤严重程度,给临床进一步制定治疗方案及康复训练提供科学依据。
        Objective To explore the clinical value and guiding significance of magnetic resonance imaging of knee joint injury in Xianyang college football players. Methods A total of 60 college football players with knee joint injuries in Xianyang city were examined by magnetic resonance imaging. The images showed meniscus injuries, ligament injuries, bone contusion and other imaging manifestations. The results of magnetic resonance imaging were analyzed. Results Among 60 college football players, 32 had grade Ⅰ injury medial meniscus, 31 had grade Ⅱ injury of medial meniscus and 15 had grade Ⅲ injury of medial meniscus. There were 26 cases of grade Ⅰ injury of lateral meniscus, 22 cases of grade Ⅱ injury of lateral meniscus and 12 cases of grade Ⅲ injury of lateral meniscus. Among the ligament injuries, 15 cases were anterior cruciate ligament injuries, 5 cases were posterior cruciate ligament injuries, 8 cases were medial collateral ligament injuries and 7 cases were lateral collateral ligament injuries. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging can accurately display the meniscus, ligament injury and bone contusion of knee joint, and timely understand the severity of knee joint injuries in athletes, so as to provide scientific basis for further clinical treatment and rehabilitation training.
