摘要

通过梳理核心刚性理论缘起和脉络,从制度主义视阈深入分析了中小企业核心刚性的成因,提出了中小企业核心刚性治理机制,构建了基于技术进步与制度模式变迁的动态梯度演化模式。
        By combing the origin and context of core rigidity theory and combining innovation theory from the perspective of institutionalism,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the core rigidity of SMEs,proposes the core rigid governance mechanism of SMEs,and explores the dynamic gradient evolution mode based on technological progress and the change of institutional models.
