摘要
针对金厂峪金矿大竖井存在的设备老化、提升能力小及安全隐患等问题,对大竖井进行改造,重点介绍了卷扬硐室的改造过程。提出了卷扬硐室片帮压顶与开挖下掘2种改造方案,对2种改造方案进行经济技术分析,确定采用负水平标高布置卷扬硐室的方案进行施工。在实际改造和使用过程中,卷扬硐室采用负水平标高布置形式,未破坏绳道和卷扬硐室支护,节省了工程量,节约成本37.74万元,应用效果较好,可供同类型矿山卷扬硐室改造借鉴参考。
In light of the problems existing in the main hoisting shaft of Jinchangyu Gold Mine,including equipment degeneration,poor hoisting capacity and safety risks,the paper carried out renovation on the main hoisting shaft and introduced in detail the renovation process of the winch chamber. 2 renovation plans have been proposed,namely displacement by wall caving and roof descending and downward excavation. Economic and technical analysis of the2 plans was conducted,and the plan of negative-level elevation layout for winch chamber was settled. In renovation practice and application,the negative-level elevation layout for winch chamber managed to maintain the existing support system for rope and winch chambers,saving construction efforts and lowering cost by 377 400 yuan. The application effect is good and the study can provide basis for winch chamber renovation in similar mines.
