摘要

"新工科"建设目标的提出明确了新时代背景下工科人才培养的要求,高校作为"新工科"建设中重要的实践场所,应积极地调整及优化工科人才培养的各个环节。学生工作作为高校和谐、稳定、全面育人的重要保障,也应有所调整。江南大学君远学院作为卓越工程师计划的先行单位,从多维度进行教学改革以积极响应"新工科"建设。本文从意识引导、学科交融、国际化引领、多元化培养四个方面,介绍了江南大学君远学院在"新工科"背景下学生工作重点方向的探索。
        The proposal of the goal of "new engineering" construction clarifies the requirements for the cultivation of engineering talents in the new era. As an important place for practicing "new engineering"construction, colleges and universities should actively adjust and optimize all aspects of engineering talent training. As an important guarantee for harmonious, stable and comprehensive education in colleges and universities, student work should also be adjusted. Junyuan College of Jiangnan University, as the leading unit of the Excellence Engineer Program, has carried out teaching reforms from multiple dimensions to actively respond to"new engineering"construction. This paper introduces the exploration of the key direction of student work under the background of "new engineering"in Junyuan College of Jiangnan University from four aspects: consciousness guidance,discipline blending, internationalization leading and diversified training.
