剩余污泥提取蛋白质工艺研究进展

摘要
剩余污泥中含有丰富的蛋白质,对其进行提取和回收利用是污泥资源化的重要途径。对目前研究较多的碱热法、酸热法、酶法以及各方法的联合处理等技术的原理、操作参数、提取效果和研究现状进行了综述和分析。在此基础上,展望了污泥蛋白提取技术的应用前景,并对其研究方向提出了建议。
        Extraction and recovery of protein richly contained in the excess sludge is an important way for sludge reclamation.The process principles,operation parameters,extraction effects and research status of commonly studied technologies such as alkaline thermal method,acid thermal method,enzymatic method and combined treatment methods were reviewed and analyzed. On this basis,the application prospect and research directions of protein extraction from excess sludge were presented.
