摘要
行业标准NY 2670—2015规定的尿素硝铵溶液中总氮含量的测定方法,步骤烦琐,耗时长,制约生产和经营。采用脲酶水解法测定脲态氮含量,采用GB/T 8527—2010中方法测定硝态氮和铵态氮含量,计算出总氮含量。该方法测定结果与行业标准规定方法相符,测定时间缩短5~6 h,可大幅度提高检验效率。
The determination of total nitrogen content in urea ammonium nitrate solution by industrial standard method of NY 2670—2015 is complicated and time-consuming, restricting the production and operation. The urea nitrogen is determined by urea mold catalytic method, the NO_3~--N and NH_4~+-N are determined based on GB/T8527—2001, then the total nitrogen content is calculated. The determination result is consistent with industrial standard, the determination time is shortened by 5-6 hours, this method can greatly improve the efficiency of the assay.
