糖尿病合并高眼压症散瞳前后眼压变化与跨筛板压力差的相关性研究

摘要
目的:观察糖尿病合并高眼压症患者局部点用复方托吡卡胺(卓比胺)散瞳前与散瞳后1 h眼压的变化,探讨散瞳前后眼压变化与跨筛板压力差的相关性。方法:分为两组试验组糖尿病合并高眼压症,用复方托比卡胺散瞳检查眼底,散瞳前测量眼压及角膜厚度得出校正眼压值,利用公式计算跨筛板压力差;散瞳后1 h复测眼压及角膜厚度得出校正眼压值。对照组为糖尿病正常眼压迫。结果:试验组散瞳后眼压升高,对照组散瞳后眼压无升高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);跨筛板压力差两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),跨筛板压力差与散瞳后眼压升高呈正相关,相关系数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并高眼压症的患者散瞳后眼压升高,跨筛板压力差与散瞳后眼压升高呈正相关,跨筛板压力差越大,散瞳后眼压升高得越多。
Objective To observe the changes of intraocular pressure(IOP)in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with ocular hypertension before and 1 hour after pupil dilation with compound topical.Method They were divided into A and B groups.The experimental group A(diabetes mellitus complicated with ocular hypertension)was examined with compound tobicamide mydriasis.The corrected intraocular pressure was obtained by measuring intraocular pressure and corneal thickness before mydriasis, and the pressure difference across the sieve plate was calculated by formula.The corrected intraocular pressure was obtained by measuring intraocular pressure and corneal thickness one hour after mydriasis.Results IOP in group A increased after mydriasis, but not in group B.There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).Pressure difference across sieve plate was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the pressure difference across the sieve plate and the increase of IOP after mydriasis, and the correlation coefficient,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IOP increases after mydriasis in patients with diabetes mellitus and ocular hypertension.The pressure difference across the sieve plate is positively correlated with the IOP increase after mydriasis.The greater the pressure difference across the sieve plate, the more the IOP increases after mydriasis.
