再谈基本建筑 建筑师孟凡浩的三个作品解析

摘要
文章对于line+studio主持建筑师孟凡浩设计的富阳东梓关回迁农居、松阳飞茑集、松阳原舍三个项目进行了分析。这几个建筑已广受媒体关注,但对其的论述多为地域主义或文化传承的视角,其实回到基本建筑的理念,值得进一步分析与探讨,即建筑师如何面对场地、材料、建造这些基本问题,找到独特性,然后通过简洁的语言、清晰的逻辑将其物化或表达出来。这种基于基本问题的建筑生成途径与方法的探讨,对于我们如何避免过多的文化包袱,打破固有的模式,以一种直面问题的真诚态度与建造方式,来获得与场地脉络、时代精神相一致的高品质建造具有重要意义。过去几十年的实践表明,建筑上过多的文化诉求往往让我们迷失方向,地域主义也并非一种风格和样式,而基于场所环境与项目自身的各种约束与特殊条件的诚实设计与建造,是让建筑获得高品质、魅力与独特性的有效保证与基本方法。
This paper analyses three buildings designed by architect Meng Fanhao of line+ studio:Fuyang Dongziguan Rural Revival Project,Songyang Stray Bird Art Hotel and Songyang Original Cottage.These buildings have received wide attention in press,especially the Dongziguan relocated farmer's house,widely disseminated in newspapers,magazines and online media.However,the discussions are mostly from the perspective of regionalism or cultural inheritance.Infact,that returning to the concept of fundamental architecture is still worth further analysis and discussion,which is to say,how architects face the basic problems of site,material and construction,in turn find their uniqueness,and then materialize or express it through concise language and clear logic.This discussion on the ways and methods of building generation based on basic problems is of great significance for us to avoid overly cultural burden,break the inherent mode,and acquire high-quality construction consistent with venue and spirit of the times with a sincere attitude and construction method.Practice in the past decades has shown that excessive cultural appeal in architecture often leads us to lose our direction and that regionalism is not a fixed style.Honest design and construction based on various constraints and special conditions of the site and the project itself is an effective guarantee and basic method for building to obtain high quality,charm and uniqueness.
