热老化作用下沥青抗老化性能比较及表征

摘要
采用薄膜烘箱老化法和PAV老化法模拟五种沥青的短期热老化和长期热老化,对比了不同种类沥青的抗老化性能及6项指标在表征沥青抗老化性能方面的优劣,结果表明,沥青种类不同,抗老化性能具有差异性;短期老化在一定程度上可以反应长期老化的情况;通过对比六项抗老化性能指标得到,针入度比、软化点增量、60℃动力黏度增量可较好的表征沥青抗老化性能,而延度比、分子量增量、VTS表征沥青抗老化性能效果不佳。
        The thin film oven aging method and PAV aging method were used to simulate the short-term heat aging and long-term heat aging of five kinds of asphalt. The anti-aging properties of different kinds of asphalt and the advantages or disadvantages of six indicators in characterizing asphalt anti-aging performance were compared.The results showed that anti-aging performance is different with asphalt different types; short-term aging can reflect the long-term aging situation to a certain extent; by comparing six anti-aging performance indicators, the penetration ratio, softening point increment, 60℃ dynamic viscosity increment have a better characterization for asphalt anti-aging performance, while ductility ratio, molecular weight increment, VTS is not suitable.
