妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量与心理资本、社会支持的相关性研究

摘要
目的分析积极心理资本和社会支持对妇科肿瘤患者生活质量的影响,探索社会支持在心理资本与生命质量之间是否起中介作用。方法以山东省肿瘤医院治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)以及癌症患者生活质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30),使用统计软件SPSS进行描述性统计、独立样本t检验、方差分析、相关分析、多重线性回归分析。结果患者生活质量较低,各功能领域中情绪、社会功能得分明显偏低;患者生活质量得分与心理资本、社会支持得分呈正相关(P<0.05);心理资本在社会支持和生活质量之间起部分中介作用。结论社会支持、心理资本均能正向预测生活质量,其中社会支持既直接影响生活质量,也可通过心理资本间接对生活质量产生影响。
Objective To analyze the influence of positive psychological capital and social support on the quality of life of patients with gynecological tumors. To explore whether social support plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and quality of life. Methods Taking gynecological malignant tumor patients treated in Shandong Cancer Hospital as the research subjects, positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ) was used to investigate whether social support played an intermediary role in the relationship between psychological capital and quality of life. The social support scale(SSRS) and the quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30) for cancer patients were used to carry out descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and stratified stepwise regression analysis, using the statistical software SPSS 17.0. Results The quality of life of the patients was low, and the scores of emotion and social function in each functional field were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of patients ' quality of life positively correlated with the scores of psychological capital and social support(P <0.05). Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between social support and quality of life. Conclusion Social support and psychological capital can positively predict the quality of life. Social support not only directly affects the quality of life, but also indirectly affects the quality of life through psychological capital.
