超声彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的临床应用分析

摘要
目的探析彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)诊断在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中的临床效果。方法方便选取50例疑似卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的急腹症患者,均于2014年9月—2018年12月期间在该院接受诊疗。所有患者在术前均接受CDFI检查,观察患者术后病理检查结果并进一步分析CDFI诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的临床价值。结果诊断符合率达91.67%。经观察示,巢囊肿蒂扭转患者囊性肿块囊壁呈显著增厚样改变,采用CDFI进行检测,绳状或麻花状类型血管蒂具较高检出率(P<0.05),但两类患者的肿块直径、盆腔游离液性暗区检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CDFI诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转有46例,诊断灵敏度96.0%、特异度64.0%、阳性、阴性预测值分别为96.0%、70.0%。结论 CDFI诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的灵敏度、特异度较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI) diagnosis in ovarian cyst pedicle torsion. Methods Fifty patients with acute abdomen who had ovarian cyst torsion were convenient selected treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2018. All patients underwent CDFI before surgery. The postoperative pathological findings were observed and the clinical value of CDFI in the diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion was further analyzed. Results The diagnostic compliance rate was 91.67%. It was observed that the cystic mass of the cyst was significantly thickened in the patients with cyst pedicle torsion. The CDFI was used to detect the vascular pedicle of the rope or twist type(P<0.05). Compared the two types of patients, there was no statistically significant difference in the diameter of the tumor and the detection rate of the pelvic free liquid dark area(P>0.05). CDFI diagnosis of ovarian cysts was 46 cases,the diagnostic sensitivity was 96.0%, the specificity was 64.0%, and the positive and negative predictive values were 96.0% and70.0%, respectively. Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of CDFI in the diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion are high.
