软硬件协同视频编码器中码率控制的实现

摘要
视频编码器中的码率控制模块可以通过调整量化参数QP来控制每一帧的比特数,使编码器输出比特流具有比较平滑的比特率曲线。提出一种软硬件协同视频编码器中的码率控制实现方法,可以应用于大部分具有通用运算单元的视频编码器中。
        The rate-control module in the video encoder can control the bit size of each frame by adjust the QP value. By using rate-control, the encoded bit stream can get a relatively smooth bitrate curve. This paper suggested a method to realize rate-control in the Hardware/software collaboration system, which could be used in most of the video encoders that has a simple general-purpose operation unit.
