老年人照料设施医护行为与建筑空间适应性研究——以南京三所老年人照料设施为例

文章通过调研南京市3所老年人照料设施,观察分析空间特征,记录老人及医护人员在空间内的行为特征,旨在依据实际调研情况,从行为与空间方面深度剖析医护人员对老人的生活照顾、康复护理、心理护理等方面产生的影响,总结目前设计中出现的主要问题,为建筑空间设计提出建议,以提高老年人生活品质和医护人员的工作效率。
Based on investigating three care facilities for the aged people in Nanjing, this paper observes and analyses the spatial characteristics of the facilities, and records the behavior characteristics of the elderly and nursing in the space. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the influence of nursing behaviors of life care, rehabilitation care and psychological care on the elderly from behavior and space. With this analyze, the main idea of this paper is to summarize the design problems, and then, provide some references about the design of architectural space which should be made to improve the quality of life of the elderly and the efficiency of the workers.
