热浸镀铝/微弧氧化处理20钢工艺方法及性能研究

摘要
为提高装备部件用20钢基体表面耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,表面经热浸镀铝处理后,分别采用浸入式和喷淋式2种微弧氧化方式制备陶瓷层,并分别采用覆层测厚仪、X射线残余应力分析仪、材料表面性能测试仪和电化学工作站对表面处理涂层厚度、残余应力、临界载荷、摩擦磨损和电化学腐蚀性能进行测定。结果表明:浸入式和喷淋式陶瓷层颜色呈灰色,且表面平整度接近,其中浸入式陶瓷层表面和颜色更均匀,呈浅灰色;与铝镀层相比,浸入式和喷淋式陶瓷层的残余应力分别降低了18%、38%,临界载荷分别提高了1. 6、1. 8倍,浸入式陶瓷层的平均摩擦因数和磨损量小,其耐磨性优于喷淋式,2种陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性能提高,但仍差于20钢基体。
        In order to improve the surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the 20 steel substrate of the equipment components,the composite ceramic layer is prepared by the immersion type and spray type micro-arc oxidation respectively after the surface is treated with hot dip aluminum plating. The thickness,residual stress,critical load,frictional behaviors and electrochemical corrosion performance are tested by cladding thickness meter,X-ray residual stress analyzer,material surface performance tester,electrochemical workstation,and etc. The results show that the ceramic layers obtained by immersed and sprayed micro-arc oxidation are both darken in color,and have similar surface flatness. Compared with the aluminum layer obtained by hot dip aluminum,the residual stress of the immersed and sprayed ceramic layer is reduced by 18% and 38% respectively,and the critical load is increased 1. 6 and 1. 8 times respectively,and the immersed ceramic layer has a small average friction factor and wear which indicated the wear resistance of the spray type is better than the immersion type. The corrosion resistance of the ceramic layers increases significantly,but which is lower than that 20 steel.
