摘要
目的建立一种有效的中药汤剂包材中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯迁移量的检测方法。方法采用COSMOSIL5C18-AR-Ⅱ(4.6 ID×150 mm)C18色谱柱分离,流动相为乙腈、甲醇、水(90∶10∶0.5),进样量,对照品20μl样品40μl,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长224 nm。检测灌装后邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的迁移量。结果质量浓度与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 49),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯成分在15 min内得到了较好分离。检出限为1.534 566 mg/L,平均加标回收率为101.407 0%,仪器精密度相对标准偏差为0.501%,方法相对标准偏差2.101%。结论本方法灵敏、简便,适用于中药汤剂包材中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯迁移量的检测。
Objective To establish an effective detection method of dioctyl phthalate( DEHP)migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials. Methods COSM OSIL 5 C18-AR-Ⅱ(4. 6 ID× 150 mm) C18 chromatogram column separation w as performed w ith mobile phase of acetonitrile,methanol and w ater(90 ∶ 10 ∶ 0. 5),sample size of 20 μl( for control) and 40 μl( for sample),flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min,column temperature of 30 ℃ and detection w avelength of 224 nm. The amount of DEHP migration after filling w as detected. Results M ass concentration and peak area from each component had good linear relationship(r = 0. 999 49),and the DEPH component w as separated w ithin15 min. Detection limit w as 1. 534 566 mg/L w ith average recovery of 101. 407 0%. The instrument precision relative standard deviation w as 0. 501%,method relative standard deviation( RSD) w as2. 101%. Conclusion The established method is sensitive and convenient,suitable for detection of dioctyl phthalate migration contained in Chinese decoction packing materials.
