摘要

中国是世界最大棉花消费国,近5年,中国棉花消费持续增长,但消费增速有所放缓。受棉花产需缺口长期存在影响,中国对进口棉的依赖程度依然较大。纺织业强大需求是拉动棉花消费持续增长的内在动因。未来受国内外经济增长放缓、纺织行业优势递减、棉纺织产业转移等因素影响,棉花消费面临下行压力。但中国对棉花产业的政策扶持以及"一带一路"倡议带来的新机遇,为棉花消费提供了有力支撑。
        China is the largest consumer of cotton in the world. In the past five years, China's cotton consumption has continued to grow, but consumption growth has slowed. Due to the long-term impact of the gap between the cotton production and demand, China's dependence on imported cotton is still relatively large. The strong demand of the textile industry is the internal driving force for the sustained growth of cotton consumption.In the future, due to the slowdown of domestic and international economic growth, the decline of the textile industry and the transfer of cotton textile industry, the cotton consumption will face downward pressure. But China's policy support for the cotton industry and new opportunities brought about by the Belt and Road Initiative will provide strong support for cotton consumption.
