摘要
用真空感应炉熔炼出Ti-7Si-2Al合金,经1 050℃固溶和700℃时效后,分析不同固溶和时效时间对钛合金组织和性能的影响,并利用XRD和SEM性的匹配最好,其呈与压缩端面成45°方向的脆性断裂特征。热处理后的Ti-7Si-2Al合金由α-Ti、球状的Ti_5Si_3和极小颗粒状的Ti_3Si组成。
Ti?7 Si?2 Al alloy was produced in vacuum induction furnace,and was solution?treated at 1 050 ℃ and aged at 700 ℃.The influence of solid solution time and aging time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was analyzed.The XRD and SEM methods were adopted to analyze the intermetallic phase in titanium alloy. The results show that the specimen aged at 700 ℃ for 24 h has the best compressive strength and plasticity. The included angle between the fracture surface and the compression end surface is 45°,indicating that the fracture characteristic is brittle fracture. The hea?treated Ti?7Si?2 Al alloy is composed of α?Ti,spherical Ti_5Si_3 and small size granular Ti_3Si.
