摘要
以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KSP)为引发剂,采用预乳化和半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,合成醋丙乳液。测定了乳液的粘度、粒径大小及其分布等;测定了乳液成膜后的各种性能,结果表明可根据使用要求,选择合适的氧化淀粉用量改性醋丙乳液,可用于纺织、人造毛皮等。
The vinyl acetate-acrylate copolymerization emulsion was synthesized from vinyl acetate(VAc), butylacrylate(BA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and acrylic acid(AA) as monomers, octylphenol polyethoxylate(OP-10) and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as emulsifiers, and potassium persulfate(KSP) as initiator by pre-emulsification technology and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization. The viscosity, the particle sizes and distribution of emulsion were determined and the properties of the films were measured. The results showed that based on using need to choose appropriate oxidized starch quantity, the modified emulsion can be used for products made of weave and made of fur.
