酸浸预处理提高金矿焙烧烟尘中金浸出率的研究

摘要
为提高难处理金矿焙烧烟尘中金的氰化浸金率,采用强酸酸浸对其进行预处理,考察了酸浸液固比、温度、时间及搅拌速度对氰化过程中金浸出率的影响,确定了最佳酸浸条件为:酸浸液固比0.98∶1、温度85℃、时间2 h、搅拌速度500 r/min,此时烟尘的氰化浸金率为91.04%。
        The dust from refractory gold ore roasting process was leached with strong acid for pretreatment, in order to improve the cyanide leaching rate of gold from the dust. The influences of liquid-to-solid ratio, temperature, time and agitation speed of acid leading on the gold leaching rate by cyanidation were investigated in the experiment, and the optimum acid leaching condition for the pretreatment was determined as follows: the liquid-to-solid ratio of 0.98∶1, leaching temperature of 85 ℃, leaching time of 2 h and agitation speed of 500 r/min. It was shown that the cyanide leaching rate of gold from dust was 91.04% under such conditions.
