基础工程逆作法施工技术

摘要
逆作法施工技术是在基坑开挖前先沿建筑物地下室外墙施工地下连续墙支护结构,并进行桩基施工、浇筑钢筋混凝土柱、安装与混凝土柱或桩基对接的钢柱,然后施工首层楼板,通过首层楼板将地下连续墙、桩基与柱连在一起,并作为施工期间承受上部结构自重和施工荷载的支承结构。论文以某省体育场网球馆工程为例,介绍了基础逆作法施工工艺以及各施工环节的技术要点,以供参考。
The reverse construction technology is to construct the underground continuous wall supporting structure along the outer wall of the basement of the building before the excavation of the foundation pit, and carry out the pile foundation construction, pouring reinforced concrete column, install the steel column connected with the concrete column or pile foundation, and then to construct the first floor slab. The diaphragm wall, pile foundation and column are connected together by the first floor slab as the supporting structure to bear the self-weight and construction load of the superstructure during construction. Taking the tennis hall project of a provincial stadium as an example, this paper introduces the construction technology of reverse foundation method and the key points of each construction link for reference.
