摘要
对Cr-Al铁素体不锈钢在退火过程中的微观织构演变进行了研究。运用EBSD技术表征了随退火时间的延长,再结晶行为和微观织构的演变规律,并用HKL Channel系统进行了量化分析;测试了塑性应变比r的变化规律。结果表明,大部分的再结晶行为发生在保温过程的前10min。当保温时间由2min延长至10min后,完全再结晶晶粒所占的比例由3.5%提高到89%,而在后续的保温过程中变化不大;退火时间短于10min时,以{hkl}<110>织构为主,大于10min后,{111}织构比例快速增加;退火时间为30min时,r值达到最大值,约为1.27,具有最优的成形性能。
        The texture evolution of Cr-Al ferritic stainless steel during annealing treatment was observed.The recrystallization behavior and texture evolution were characterized by EBSD technique and analyzed quantitatively using HKL Channel.The plastic-strain ratio r value was tested.The results indicate that most of the recrystallization process occurs with annealing time less than 10 min.The recrystallization fraction is increased from 3.5%to89% with annealing time from 2min to 10 min.When further holding treatment,the recrystallization behavior keeps stable.The texture is mainly{hkl}<110>type when annealing time is less than 10 min,and it is{111}type with annealing time more than 10 min.The r vale reaches the peak value of 1.27 when annealing time is 30 min,exhibiting the desirable formability.
