内螺纹孔结构对AZ31B/6061连续驱动摩擦焊接头性能的影响

摘要
对6061铝合金棒中心开内螺纹孔,采用连续驱动摩擦的方法与AZ31B镁合金棒进行焊接,并对接头抗拉强度、断口、螺纹孔填充情况和显微硬度进行分析。结果表明,螺孔的存在能有效提升接头强度,最高达到129 MPa,断口呈脆性断裂特征。随着螺纹孔直径的增加,停车时间内产生的不连续区域向孔内偏移,两侧铝变形对孔口孔径缩小作用减弱,铝侧受挤压形成的"勾形"结构趋于合理。
        The internal thread hole was designed at the center of 6061 aluminum alloy rod, and the 6061 aluminum alloy was used to weld with AZ31 B magnesium alloy rod by continuous driving friction welding. The tensile strength, fracture,filling of screw hole and microhardness of the joint were analyzed. The results show that the existence of screw hole can effectively improve the strength of the joint, the maximum value of the strength is up to 129 MPa, and the fracture is characterized by brittle fracture. With the increase of the hole diameter, the discontinuous area produced during the parking time shifts to the inner of the hole, the reduction effect on aperture diameter by Al deformation at both sides decreases, and the "hook-shaped" structure formed by extrusion of the aluminum tends to be reasonable.
