职业教育现代化起点及其实现路径——基于天津市25所高职院校的分析

摘要
职业教育现代化起点是实现职业教育现代化的基础。通过对职业教育现代化的历史起点和逻辑起点的论述,并借助案例分析,提出了职业教育现代化起点的三个影响因素,在此基础上,提出了实现职业教育现代化起点的路径:构建与区域内产业人才需求相协调的专业结构,建立与产业发展相契合的专业动态调整机制和培育以提升专业内涵为核心的区域文化特色专业。
The starting point of vocational education modernization is the foundation of its realization. Through the discussion of its logical and historical start, and with the help of cases analysis, there are three factors that affect its origin. Based on these,the way of carrying out the starting point of vocational education modernization is presented, which includes constructing the professional structure in harmonious requirement of industry personnel with the special area, constructing the adjustment mechanism of fitting the industrial development, and cultivating the featured professional of regional culture with the promotion of connotation as core.
