摘要
进行了高碳锰铁脱磷的相关研究,结果表明理论上CaO-FeO-MnO渣系具有在锰铁冶炼温度下的脱磷能力,脱磷试验表明大渣量CaO-FeO-MnO-CaF_2渣系可以将高碳锰铁中磷降低到0.2%以下,同时杂质元素钛、硅、硫、氮均有较大幅度降低,起到了提纯锰铁的作用;硅钙合金结合氧化性脱磷渣复合使用,可以实现高碳锰铁深脱磷,使高碳锰铁P <0.1%,同时硅、碳、硫、氮也有降低,但不降低钛含量。
        Dephosphorization of high carbon ferromanganese has been carried out and the results were obtained as follows: the slag system(CaO-FeO-MnO) has the dephosphorization ability at the temperature of ferromanganese smelting. The phosphorus content can be reduced to less than 0.2% in high carbon ferromanganese with using large amount of slag(CaO-FeO-MnO-CaF_2). In addition, the impurity elements such as titanium, silicon, sulfur and nitrogen have been greatly reduced in the same time. Using silican calcium combined with oxidative dephosphorization slag,further dephosphorization can be acchieved. The phosphorus content can be reduced to less than 0. 1% in high carbon ferromanganese. Meanwhile, silicon, carbon, sulfur and nitrogen are also reduced, but the content of titanium is not reduced.
