摘要

在中国传统文化的土壤中生长的传统体育文化,和中华民族的民族精神密切联系。在强身健体的同时,传统体育以特有的方式反映着中华民族的历史、文化、风俗和价值观。传统体育文化的价值主要表现在休闲娱乐、人文精神、伦理道德教育和社会教化等方面。充分挖掘传统体育文化的内涵,对于继承发扬优秀传统文化、促进新时代社会主义精神文明建设具有重要意义。
        Growing up from the soil of Chinese traditional culture,the national traditional sports culture has a close relationship with Chinese national spirits. Alongside with building up a good physique and improving health,the traditional sports reflect the Chinese history,culture,custom and notion of value in a special way.The values of traditional sports culture are embodied by leisure and recreation,humanistic spirits,ethnics and morals,social education,etc. The culture connotation of traditional sports should be excavated fully to inherit and spread outstanding traditional culture and foster social spirit civilization construction in new era.
