摘要
弹跳筛用于垃圾的初选工作,是垃圾处理后续工序的基础。提升弹跳筛的筛分效率对整个垃圾筛分系统的完善有重大促进作用。弹跳筛运动轨迹能反映其筛分效率和工作效果,用SolidWorks对弹跳筛进行建模,导入Adams进行运动仿真分析,分析其运动轨迹,并利用Matlab进行验证,为弹跳筛可调节化的完善提供帮助。
        The ballistic waste separator is used for the preliminary work of garbage, which is the foundation of the following process of garbage disposal. It is important to improve the efficiency of the screening system. The motion track of the ballistic waste separator can reflect its screening efficiency and working effect. In this article, the SolidWorks is used to model the ballistic waste separator, and the Adams is introduced to conduct motion simulation analysis so as to analyze its motion track, and finally the Matlab is used to verify it, which would provide help for the adjustable perfection of the ballistic waste separator.
