摘要

以岳阳市水利水电工程建设过程中出现的生态修复问题为切入点,从泥石流自然灾害、地区水资源时空分布、城市水厂供水能力及生态修复工程管理4个方面进行深入探讨,分析各种情况下生态修复所面临的问题,并提出解决建议,以期为改善岳阳市的河湖水环境和水生态提供参考。
        The paper took the ecological rehabilitation problems in the process of water conservancy and hydropower projects construction in Yueyang City as a breakthrough point,natural disasters of mud-rock flow,spatial and temporal distribution of regional water resources,water supply capacity of urban waterworks and management of ecological rehabilitation projects were discussed in depth,ecological rehabilitation problems under these circumstances were analyzed,corresponding suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for improving water environment and water ecology of rivers and lakes in Yueyang City.
