劳动迁移与未来再迁移决策检验:经济推引还是社会认同?——基于2014年全国卫计委流动监测数据的证据

摘要
基于2014年中国卫计委流动监测数据的证据,对劳动迁移与未来再迁移决策进行了检验。研究结果表明:户口在省际流动决策中有显著的作用;吸引人口迁入前提是改善当地经济状况,提高迁入者居住意愿在于形成良好的社会认同;省际迁移成本会降低社会认同对外来迁移人口居住意愿的影响。研究结论为:为了提升省际迁移的质量,需要改革户籍关联的就业制度,降低迁移给劳动者带来的各种负担,加强流入地对省际迁入人口的包容性,以建立良好的长期居留意愿,推动当地经济的发展。
Based on the evidence of the flow monitoring data of the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2014,the author examines the decisions of labor migration and future remigration. The results indicate that the hukou( household registration) has a significant role in provincial migration decisions. The premise of attracting the population to immigrate into a place is to improve the economic situation of the place,and to improve people's willingness of staying in the place lies in the forming of good social identity. The cost of inter-provincial migration will reduce the impact of social identity on people's willingness to live in a place. The conclusions are as follows: in order to improve the quality of inter-provincial migration,the employment system in relation to household registration should be reformed,the burdens on labor workers brought by migration should be reduced,the inclusiveness of a place to welcome inter-provincial population should be strengthened to establish good and long term willingness in living in the place and promote local economic development.
