摘要
为研究迁移性醇胺阻锈剂对混凝土微观孔结构和抗氯离子渗透性的影响规律,通过压汞法、气体渗透性法以及电通量法对标准养护条件下的不同水灰比、不同龄期以及不同掺量醇胺阻锈剂的混凝土孔结构、气体渗透系数以及氯离子电通量值进行了测试。结果表明:相较于空白试件,掺入醇胺阻锈剂的混凝土孔隙尺寸明显减小,尤其在早期阻锈剂表现出对混凝土孔结构有较为明显的细化作用;醇胺阻锈剂的掺入降低了混凝土试件的透气性指数,并且随着掺量的增加降低的程度增大,气体渗透等级一般从很差或差逐步提升至好,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性的电通量值变化规律与之相同。
To study the influence of migrating corrosion inhibitors(MCI)for alcohol amine towards to the resistance to the microscopic pore structure and chloride ion permeability of concrete.In this paper,the concrete pore structure,gas permeability and chloride ion electric flux value of the different water cement ratio,different age and different dosage of migrating corrosion inhibitors for alcohol amine are tested by mercury intrusion method,gas permeability and electric flux method.The results demonstrate that compared with the blank specimens,the pore size of concrete that is mixed with migrating corrosion inhibitors is significantly reduced,especially in the early age of the concrete pore structure.Of corrosion inhibitors for alcohol amine mixed with reduced the permeability of the concrete specimen is indexed,and the increase of dosage of reducing the degree of increase,gas permeability grade generally arises from very poor or poor to good.The variation of the electric flux value of concrete is the same ones.
