分离胶促凝管法联合基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱鉴定1例蜡样芽胞杆菌血流感染

摘要
<正>蜡样芽胞杆菌是一种革兰阳性粗大杆菌,无荚膜,可产芽孢,属于兼性厌氧菌,广泛存在于水、土壤、空气、无脊椎动物的消化道中以及人类皮肤表面等,是引起食物中毒的常见病原菌之一,也可引起血流感染、肺炎、眼部感染、中枢神经系统感染、皮肤软组织感染及心内膜炎等[1]。血培养中检出的蜡样芽胞杆菌常被认为是污染菌,但目前已有越来越多的证据表明,蜡样芽胞杆菌同样可引起血流感染,且患者需要及时使用有效的抗菌药物治疗,否则可能危及生命[2]。
