齐40块蒸汽驱高温调剖体系研究及应用

摘要
辽河油田齐40块蒸汽驱目前已经进入蒸汽驱后期,纵向动用程度不均,层间矛盾突出,蒸汽单方向突破日趋严重。针对上述问题,进行了蒸汽驱高温调剖体系及其应用研究。研制了蒸汽驱高温调剖体系,其配方为:拟树脂浓度15%~20%+交联剂浓度8%~10%+无机物浓度15%~20%,以高温调剖剂工作液黏度70~100m Pa·s来控制体系的加水量。经室内和现场实验相结合,分析了调剖体系作用机理,提出了适用于辽河油田齐40块的现场施工参数。应用研制的蒸汽驱高温调剖体系在辽河油田齐40块现场施工7井次,成功率100%。仅1年时间就累计增油9 593 t,收到了较好的增油降水效果。
        The development of Qi 40 block in Liaohe oilfield has entered the late stage of steam flooding, the degree of longitudinal utilization is uneven, the contradiction between layers is prominent, and the single-direction breakthrough of steam is becoming more and more serious. In view of the above problems, research and application of steam flooding high temperature profile control system were carried out, and a steam flooding high-temperature profile control system was developed. The formula is as follows: resin concentration 15%~20%+crosslinker concentration8%~10%+inorganic concentration 15%~20%, the amount of added water need be to controlled to make high temperature profile control agent working fluid viscosity 70~100 m Pa·s. Through the combination of indoor and on-site experiments, the mechanism of the profile control system was analyzed, and the on-site construction parameters for Qi 40 block of Liaohe oilfield were proposed. The steam flooding high-temperature profile control system was used in 7 wells in Qi 40 block of Liaohe oilfield with the success rate of 100%. In just one year, the cumulative oil increase was 9 593 t.
