基于通信网络的一体化船舶航标监测方法

摘要
船舶交通越来越复杂,监测船舶运行状态对于确保船舶安全航行有重要意义。传统的监测方法监测时间过长,具有很强的延时性,中心系统经过很长时间才能接收到信息,很有可能留下安全隐患。为了解决这一问题,基于通信网络一体化设计了一种新的船舶航标监测方法,构建了监测系统的船舶航标监测单元和中心系统指挥单元。根据建立的工作框架设计了监测流程,共分为数据采集、数据处理、数据显示3步,给出了流程图。与传统方法进行了对比,由实验结果可知,基于通信网络一体化的船舶航标监测方法具有很高的实时性,可以有效保障船舶安全航行。
        Ship traffic is becoming more and more complex. Monitoring the running state of ships is of great significance for ensuring safe navigation of ships. The monitoring time of the traditional monitoring method is too long, and has a very strong delay. The center system takes a long time to receive information, and it is likely to leave hidden security risks. In order to solve this problem, a new method of ship navigation monitoring is designed based on the integration of communication network, and the monitoring unit and central system command unit of the monitoring system are constructed. The monitoring process is designed according to the framework established. It is divided into three steps: data acquisition, data processing and data display, and the flow chart is given. Compared with the traditional method, it can be seen from the experimental results that the method of ship navigation monitoring based on the integration of communication network has high real-time performance and can effectively guarantee the safe navigation of the ship.
