摘要
"十二五"期间中国成品油管道快速发展,但仍存在输送油品种类少、混油处理能力不足、界面检测精度差等问题。选取了俄罗斯成品油管道综合性标准,结合国内成品油管道工程实践,阐述了国外成品油管道运行技术的适用性,包括多种油品顺序输送排序原则,优化管道输送工艺设计,交替油品界面加隔离液以减少混油量,完善输油首站设备操作减少初始混油,汽油-柴油切割点控制体积分数为5%~95%以减少中间混油段长度,优先采用掺混作为处理混油方式等。最后,针对提高国内成品油管道建设和运行技术水平提出了合理化建议。
        During the 12th five-year plan,Chinese product oil pipeline developed rapidly.There are still several problems,such as few kinds of product oil,insufficient capacity of mixing oil and poor interface detection accuracy.With selecting comprehensive Russian product oil pipeline standards and combining with the engineering practice in domestic product oil pipeline,the applicability of foreign product oil pipeline operation technology is expounded,including arrangement principle for transporting various product oil,optimization pipeline transportation process design and adding isolation liquid alternately on oil interface to reduce the amount of mixing oil,improving facilities operating at initial station to reduce initial mixing oil,controlling volume concentration of gasoline-diesel cutting point between 5%~95% to reduce the length of the intermediate mixing oil,and preferring blending treatment of mixing oil.Finally,reasonable recommendations are proposed to improve the construction and operation technology of Chinese product oil pipeline.
