摘要
轮边减速器是构成纯电动新能源车辆动力总成的常用零部件,通常要求在较小的空间内,实现较大的减速比。轮边减速器输出轴一般直接与车辆半轴连接,将动力传递给车轮驱动车辆运动。文章介绍轮边减速器输出轴设计中的一个结构改进,此改进提高了输出轴的强度,输出轴内花键的加工方式也由插花键变为拉花键,效率更高,成本更低;劣势是输出轴一端需要密封。
        Wheel reducer is a common component that constitutes a pure electric new energy vehicle powertrain. It usually requires a large reduction ratio in a small space. The output shaft of the wheel reducer is generally directly connected to the vehicle axle and transmits power to the wheel to drive the vehicle. This paper introduces a structural improvement in the design of the output shaft of the wheel reducer. This improvement improves the strength of the output shaft. The processing method of the spline in the output shaft is also changed from the arranging key to the pull key, which is more efficient and lower in cost. The disadvantage is that the output shaft needs to be sealed at one end.
