摘要
抽油杆在有杆泵采油系统中起着至关重要的作用,若抽油杆提前失效,将影响油田正常生产,实践表明抽油杆的失效大部分是由疲劳引起的,疲劳寿命是衡量抽油杆好坏的最重要指标。因此,文章开展H级超高强度抽油杆的疲劳性能实验,应用有限元方法分析其应力分布情况,明确抽油杆危险部位,为科学合理应用H级超高强度抽油杆提供理论指导。
The sucker rod plays a vital role in the sucker rod pumping unit. Its premature failure will affect the normal oilfield operations. The practices show that most of the sucker rod failures are caused by fatigue,the fatigue life is the most important index to measure the quality of sucker rod. Therefore,the fatigue test was carried out on H grade high strength sucker rod,the stress distribution on the rod was analyzed by finite element method to know for sure the potential risk points on the sucker rod. It will be a theoretical guidance for scientific application of high strength sucker rods.
