摘要
利用超声波传播经过裂缝时传播速度减慢和能量逸散导致声时变大、波幅衰减的原理,对钢管混凝土裂缝宽度检测进行试验研究。在运用对测法检测钢管混凝土裂缝时,声时和波幅对于裂缝宽度变化的灵敏程度较高,通过分析声时和波幅两个参数,得出声时随着裂缝的增大成线性变化,波幅随着裂缝的增大呈非线性变化的结论。因此,在判断钢管混凝土内部裂缝宽度时可以依据声时和波幅2个参数综合分析判断。
The research is testing the width of the crack in concrete-filled steel tube based on the ultrasonic testing theory--when ultrasonic passed through the crack,the sonic time increase and amplitude attenuate with the decrease of velocity and the dissipation of energy.When testing the crack in concrete-filled steel tube,the sonic time and the amplitude show high sensitivity on the change of the width of the crack.Through analyzes the two parameters of sonic time and amplitude,the result shows that sonic time changed linearly while amplitude changed nonlinearly by the increased width of the crack.Therefore,the width of the internal cracks in concrete-filled steel tube can be estimated by analyzing the two parameters,sonic time and amplitude.
