摘要
结石清除率(SFRs)是反映泌尿系结石治疗效果的重要临床指标。临床评分系统有助于术前精确预测SFRs,从而利于临床决策及患者咨询。回顾性总结不同评分系统在预测肾结石逆行输尿管镜技术(RIRS)术后SFRs中的应用,并简要分析影响RIRS术后SFRs的结石特征及肾脏集合系统解剖因素,旨在形成新的更为精确的预测模型。
        tone free rates(SFRs)is an important clinical parameter in revealing the outcome of urolithiasis treatment. The clinical scoring system contributes to make accurate prediction of SFRs before operation,to facilitate treatment planning and patient counseling. Current review summarizes retrospectively the role of different score systems in the prediction of SFRs after RIRS treatment of renal stone. We analyze the potential predictive factors of stone characteristics and collecting system anatomy,aiming at establishing a more precise clinical predictive score system.
