摘要
扇形磨片是造纸和制纤设备的重要部件,其质量和二维质心的准确测量是优化排序安装的前提,决定着安装后设备的平衡效果。通过对相关质心测量方法的研究,结合扇形磨片的结构特点,应用三点支撑测量法设计了一种获取扇形磨片质量和二维质心的测量装置。实验表明,经一次放置可快速方便地测量扇形磨片的质量和二维质心,其质量误差在±3 g之间,二维质心坐标误差在±0. 5 mm之间,达到对设备测量误差的重复性需求。工程应用效果表明,该测量装置大大缩短了扇形磨片的静平衡校正周期,提高了生产效率。
        The sector refining plate is an important part of the equipment for papermaking and fiber,the accurate measurement of its mass and 2-dimensional centroid is the precondition of the optimizing arrangement installation,and determines the equilibrium of the equipment after installation. Based on the research of the relevant centroid measurement methods,combining with the structure characteristics of the sector refining plate,and design a measuring device to get the mass and 2-dimensional centroid of the sector refining plate by the three support measurement. Experiments show that after a place the mass and 2-dimensional centroid of the sector refining plate can be quickly and easily measured,and the mass error is ± 3 g,2-dimensional centroid coordinates error is ± 0. 5 mm,to achieve repetitive demand of error. Engineering application results show that the measurement device is greatly shortened the static balance calibration cycle of the sector refining plate,and improves the production efficiency.
