摘要
目的:探讨在未遵循体质特征的情况下,使用中药复方对寒、热体质大鼠进行体质干预的不良影响。方法:采用掌温筛选寒热体质的方法,从群体大鼠中筛选出常体、寒体和热体大鼠。观察大鼠自主活动,利用放射免疫法检测大鼠血液中的睾酮和甲状腺激素(T3,T4),观察寒体和热体大鼠分别在知柏地黄丸和金匮肾气丸进行反向干预前后,掌温、自主活动、睾酮和甲状腺激素变化情况。结果:反向用药前常体组、寒体组和热体组大鼠之间,掌温均有显著性差异(P<0.01);热体组大鼠自主活动次数高于寒体组大鼠(P<0.01);热体组大鼠睾酮、T3以及T4含量,均高于常体组和寒体组大鼠。反向用药3个月后,与常体组比较,寒体组、热体组大鼠掌温均降低,差异显著(P<0.01);寒体组、热体组大鼠自主活动次数低于常体组大鼠(P<0.05);3组大鼠睾酮、T3以及T4含量,均无显著差异。结论:如未遵循体质特征使用中药复方对寒热体质进行干预,非但不能纠正体质偏颇,反而加重机体阴阳失调。
Objective: To explore the pertinency of the reversed intervention of cold and heat constitution rats. Methods:To identify the normal, cold and heat constitution rats from a group of normal rats, the palm temperature was tested. The locomotor activities of rats were observed. The testosterone(T) and thyroid hormones(T3, T4) in the blood of rats were detected by radioimmunoassay. Fed cold and heat constitution rats Zhibai Dihuang Pill and Jingui Shenqi Pill respectively, and changes in palm temperature, locomotor activity, T, T3 and T4 before and after reversed intervention were observed. Results: There was a significant difference in palm temperature between the rats in the normal constitution group, the cold constitution group and the heat constitution group before the reversed intervention(P<0.01). The number of locomotor activities in the heat group was higher than that in the cold group(P<0.01); the contents of T, T3 and T4 in the heat group were higher than those in the normal and cold constitutuion groups. After three months of reversed intervention, compared with the normal constitution group, the palm temperature of the cold constitution group and the heat constitution group decreased, the difference was significant(P<0.01).The number of locomotor activities in the cold constitution group and the heat constitution group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in T, T3 and T4 levels between the three groups. Conclusion: If the traditional Chinese medicine compound is used to interfere with the cold and heat constitution without following the constitutional characteristics, not only can the body constitution be corrected, but the body's yin and yang disorders will be aggravated.
